Southwestern Jalapeno Cornbread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of cornbread (crumbled)
10 pcs of bread slices (dried); cubed
2 c of sausage (mild Italian)
1 1/2 c of chopped celery
1 c of chopped onion
1 1/2 tsps of salt
2 pcs of eggs; beaten slightly
1 c of turkey broth
1 tsp of seasoning (for poultry)
1/4 c of peppers (Jalapeno); seeded then chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at (325 degrees F).
Combine cubed breads and cornbread in a bowl. Saute celery, onion, and sausage in a skillet above moderately high heat.
Cook till sausage changes color and the vegetables become soft. Pour onto the bowl with the bread then add seasoning, eggs, broth, jalapeno, and salt; mix them well.
Transfer onto a slightly greased casserole; bake for 45-50 mins, covered.

Cranberry-Tangerine Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of celery; chopped
3 Tablespoons of butter (or margarine); softened
3 pcs of tangerines; peeled, sectioned, and chopped
2-2/3 cups of stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
2 cups of wild rice (cooked)
1/3 cup of cranberries
1/4 teaspoon of seasoning (for poultry)
1/3 cup of broth (chicken)
Instructions:
Saute the celery with the butter till tender then set on the side. Place tangerines on a bowl then add the sauteed celery, (stuffing) mix, rice, broth, seasoning, and cranberries. Stir thoroughly.

Old Fashioned Bread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of loaves (white bread)
Water
Insides of turkey
Broth (chicken)
2 pieces celery bunches; chopped
2 pcs of onions (large); chopped
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
1/2 tsp of sage
Optional:
Mushrooms
Oysters
Instructions:
Break bread to 1-inch squares then place on 2 large bowls; let it stand overnight, allowing it to be dry. Boil the giblets with water inside a saucepan till cooked at about half hour. Keep the water; set it on the side.
Preheat the oven at (350 degrees F). Place the chopped celery along with the chopped onion in the processor; process till chopped coarsely.
Melt the butter inside a saucepan and saute processed vegetables and mushrooms till heated, don’t let it brown.
Pour sauteed mixture onto the bowl with dried bread then add sage and kept water. Add only enough water so you won’t shrink the bread.
Mix them thoroughly then taste or smell for a desired stuffing: add (chicken) broth if dry, add sage for more of the spice, and add oysters if desired.
Transfer mixture with oysters on a 13×9 inch pan; bake for forty-five mins to one hour till the crust turns brown. Stuff (small) apples inside turkey.
If there are no oysters, place mixture inside turkey cavity and bake for forty-five mins or one hour.

Green Onion And Cornbread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
10.5 ozs of condensed soup (French Onion)
A soup can of water
1 c of celery; cubed to 1/4-inch
1 c of onions (green); sliced thinly
1 1/2 tsps of seasoning (for seasoning)
16 ozs of stuffing mix (cornbread)
Cooking spray (vegetable)
1/4 c of margarine
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at (350 degrees F). Combine water, soup, onion, celery, seasoning, and margarine inside a saucepan; let it boil.
Once boiling, take out from the heat. Add in the cornbread (stuffing) mix; stir thoroughly. Bake at (350 degrees F) for forty-five mins, covered.

Apple Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of onions; chopped
1/4 cup of celery; chopped
2 Tablespoons of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of seasoning

Brown Rice Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of broth from boiled giblets (then add water in case it is not enough)
1/2 cup of butter (or olive oil)
1 pc of onion (large); minced
2 pcs of bell peppers (red); sliced
2 pcs of celery; cut into thin slices
1 pc of garlic clove; peeled then chopped finely
1 cup of mushrooms; cut into thin slices
1 pc of tart apple (large); chopped
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire
1/2 cup of raisins (or currants)
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 cup of nuts; chopped
1 teaspoon of basil
2 cups of rice (brown)
Instructions:
Cook the rice with the liquid for forty-five mins or till done. While waiting for the rice to cook, saute the onion, celery, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic in oil or butter.
When the vegetables become tender or limp, add tart apple, raisins, Worcestershire, curry, basil, and nuts. Toss them together and let it stand to let the flavors blend or wait till the rice has cooked.
Mix the sauteed vegetables and the rice. Stuff inside the turkey. Bake the remaining stuffing in the casserole for half an hour.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 pc of bay leaf
6 cups of bread crumbs (dry)
1/4 cup of butter

1 teaspoon of seasoning (for poultry)

1-3/4 cups of oyster liquor (and add milk when needed)
Instructions:

Add eggs, oysters, and seasonings. Stir thoroughly. Add just enough amount of liquid to let the mixture moisten.

Transfer mixture onto a slightly buttered pan. Dot it using the rest of butter then bake for forty-five mins till slightly brown.

Ingredients:
4 pcs of bacon slices; cut to pieces (1 inch)
1 c of chopped onion
1 c of chopped celery

Sausage, Apple, and Dried Cranberry Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
3-3/4 c of bread (whole wheat and white); cubed
1 c of onion; diced
2 c of bulk sausage
2.5 tsps of sage (dried)
3/4 c of celery; chopped
1.5 tsps of rosemary (dried)
1/2 tsp of thyme (dried)
3/4 c of cranberries (dried)
3/4 c of stock (turkey)
4 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 pc of chicken liver (cooked); diced
1/3 c of parsley; chopped
1 pc of apple (Golden Delicious, medium); cored, peeled, then chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Bake inside the oven the cubed bread till golden-brown. Transfer bread onto a bowl; set on the side to cool.
Cook onions and sausage inside a skillet above medium-high heat; stir continuously, to break up lumps that will form, till cooked.
Stir in the celery, rosemary, thyme, and sage; cook at about two mins while constantly stirring.
Combine sausage mix, bread, apples, parsley, liver, and cranberries; toss them well. Sprinkle (melted) butter and stock onto mixture and toss them well.

Chestnut Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped
1 pc of loaf (stale bread); crumbled then moistened
3 pcs of celery stalks; chopped
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 pieces of eggs; beaten
2 Tablespoons of parsley (fresh)
Pepper

2 cups of chestnuts
Instructions:
Steam the chestnuts at about twenty mins then remove the shells. Chop the chestnuts coarsely and place inside a bowl.

Ingredients:
3 cups of cornmeal (self-rising)
1/4 cup of flour (all purpose)
1 Tablespoon of sugar (white)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
2 pieces of eggs; beaten well
3 cups of buttermilk
1 cups of celery; chopped
3/4 cups of onion; chopped
3 Tablespoons of bacon drippings
1-3/4 cups of stuffing mix (herb-seasoned)
1/2 teaspoon of rubbed sage
3 cups of turkey broth (or chicken broth)
A can of soup (cream of chicken, undiluted)
Instructions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a bowl; stir gently. Add the eggs and buttermilk; mix them well. Add onion and celery; stir thoroughly.
Heat the skillet with the (bacon) drippings on it. Add (1 tablespoon) drippings into the batter and mix them well.
Transfer the batter onto the heated skillet and bake for half an hour at 450 degrees F, until the bread turns slightly brown. Crumble onto a bowl then add sage and stuffing mix. Set it on the side.
Place the soup inside a saucepan then slowly add the broth while stirring continuously. Cook above moderate heat while constantly stirring till heated thoroughly.
Pour onto the crumbled mixture and stir thoroughly. Scoop onto a greased 13×9 inch (baking) dish and bake for 35-40 mins at 375 degrees F.
